One minute the bottles look great, and the next you&amp;rsquo;ve got wall thickness issues or, worse, a batch of failures.&#xA;Usually, it comes down to a simple power mismatch. If your IR radiators don&amp;rsquo;t perfectly align with what your oven is putting out, you get uneven heating. It&amp;rsquo;s a recipe for disaster. Either the tubes burn out way too fast or they just don&amp;rsquo;t put out enough heat.&#xA;By sticking to the 400V spec, the heat stays consistent across the whole zone. No more &amp;ldquo;cold spots&amp;rdquo; ruining your production run.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Better Glass, Better Connections&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We used high-purity quartz because these things take a beating with constant rapid cycling. We also added specific coatings to make sure the energy actually hits the PET preform instead of just heating up the oven walls.&#xA;And we didn&amp;rsquo;t overlook the connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re built tight.&#xA;Why does that matter? Because a loose connection creates resistance. That resistance turns into heat right at the socket, and before you know it, you&amp;rsquo;re looking at melted wiring. Not a great look.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Putting Them to Work&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;You can plug these right into your current SIPA setup. No need to mess with your power supply or rewire the whole floor.&#xA;Because they pack more heat, you can actually push your line &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;speeds&lt;/a&gt; faster. But there&amp;rsquo;s a catch.&#xA;Running these at full blast makes the inside of the oven get pretty hot. Just make sure your blower fans are clean and actually doing their job. If your cooling system is clogged, that high output can overheat the oven frame.
