We also use quartz glass tubes—they’re tough. They can handle those wild swings from ice-cold to scorching hot without cracking. One heads-up: watch your wiring. These heaters pull a lot of power to get that instant heat. If your circuit breaker isn’t beefy enough to handle the initial surge, you’ll be spending your afternoon resetting switches. Getting the placement right
These heaters pack a ton of punch into a small box, but where you put them matters. If you mount them too low, you’re going to bake the benches or the flooring. Too high? You lose that “instant” warmth and it just feels like a lukewarm breeze. We usually do a bit of math based on the lamp’s wattage to find the sweet spot.
