That’s why we built our lamps to snap to temperature almost instantly. The secret is in the punch. To keep up with a rotary machine’s rhythm, we played with the wattage-to-length ratio. By packing more power density into the quartz envelope, the filament hits its peak infrared spectrum way faster. The result? Your PET preforms soak up the heat immediately. It’s an aggressive ramp-up that gets you to production speed without the wait. Built to take a beating Rapid cycling is brutal on hardware. To stop filaments from burning out, we use high-purity quartz and halogen gas fills. And don’t worry about the installation. These are drop-in replacements. They fit your existing SACMI oven racks exactly as they should, so you aren’t spending your weekend modifying brackets. We also reinforced the end-caps. Rotary machines vibrate—a lot.
